Tom Rizzo, Microsoft’s director of SharePoint, and Ted Pattison, a well-known author, trainer and SharePoint MVP, will give keynote talks at SPTechCon, the SharePoint Technology Conference to be held Feb. 10-12 in Burlingame, Calif., outside of San Francisco.
In his role at Microsoft, Rizzo leads a team that helps customers and
partners understand, develop on and deploy Microsoft SharePoint. He
has worked at Microsoft for the past 10 years in a variety of roles
involving the company’s server products, including Exchange Server,
SharePoint, BizTalk Server and SQL Server. Tom is also the author of a
series of Microsoft Press books on topics ranging from developing
collaborative solutions on the Microsoft platform to deep-dive

Pattison is the co-founder of Critical Path Training. In the fall of 2005, Pattison was hired by Microsoft’s Developer Platform Evangelism group to author the Ascend developer training curriculum for Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 and
Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007. Since that time, Pattison has been
entirely focused on educating professional developers on SharePoint
2007 technologies. He has just finished writing a book for Microsoft
